  • If you are unhappy with a product, you can return it to Grace Naturals within 21 days of receipt for a full refund. First, contact Grace Naturals on the "Contact Us" page to obtain a return authorization code. Be sure to include your name, order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason you'd like to return it. You will receive your return authorization code within 24 hours of request. You may then proceed to return the product. Product must be in original packaging and please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with the return authorization code written on it. (We ask as a courtesy that if product is in liquid form, to please seal it in a plastic bag to prevent leakage.) Original shipping is not refunded to the customer and customer incurs the cost of shipping the item back to Grace Naturals. Once the item is received by us, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Items may be returned for either full refund of the item or exchange. Additional shipping costs apply. DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged item(s) from Grace Naturals, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Include as much detail as possible and we will make arrangements to correct the problem.
